Prosite

Prosite pattern identification (3) . Prosite is the databank of sequence motifs which are associated with a particular protein function.

Placing the cursor above this element:pop-up area will show the PROSITE Accession Number, indicating the sequence motif to which the inspected amino acid belongs.
Left mouse click: no action
Right mouse click: on any of the "Prosite" will generate following menu and actions:

Figure below is showing specific position for the row with the "Prosite" data in JPD presentation.
By pressing green pointer: "Prosite Pattern Description" a user will be presented with the Prosite web page with all details on this particular sequence motif.

By pressing STING it option, a user will induce the Chime window to show 3D position of the Prosite pattern.
