STING Millennium Quick Learn for ConSSeq

After opening ConSSeq module, a user gets following display (in this case, STINGit option invoked automatically 1cho.pdb):

The first amino acid in the sequence is highlighted in red color both on "sequence" and "logo" display area of the ConSSeq.

A user may scroll the horizontal bar below the sequence frame at the ConSSeq and arrive in general region of the amino acid of interest (say, the number35, in this case).

Clicking at the sequence number 35 within the sequence frame of the ConSSeq, will produce effect both on SMS sequence and structure (chime) frame. At the same time, both the sequence and the logo frame in the ConSSeq will be highlighting chosen sequence position (35)in red color.

If the user wants to have other than logo representation of the frequency of amino acids occupying this particular position (in this case number 36), he/she may click at the "bars" button and the following display will be produced by the ConSSeq:

Bar code on the lower left portion of the ConSSeq display, represents frequency of all 20 amino acids occupying this particular position (36 in this case) within the sequence: the most abundant one is the ARG with 19%, LYS with 14% and so one...
